The Chorale and Orchestra will be joined by outstanding soloists to perform the Christmas portion of Handel’s timeless oratorio Messiah in December, and we’ll include the Hallelujah Chorus. Messiah is Handel’s most enduring work, loved by kings and commoners.
Join in singing traditional carols including Silent Night by candlelight. The beautiful sanctuary of Salem In Ladue United Methodist Church will be decorated in the traditional Christmas fashion. The concert will benefit Kingdom House. Kingdom House believes in transformation from the inside out. Through a variety of services, childcare, food & clothing assistance, job training, youth and teen programs and Senior Companions, Kingdom House helps thousands yearly to achieve self-sufficiency and gain economic independence. Since 1902, Kingdom House has been transforming the lives of individuals in St. Louis.
